英国公司开始逐步推行董事 KYC 实名制度英国公司注册局（Companies House）以企业透明度、打击金融犯罪，英国政府正逐步在公司注册及管理体系中引入更严格的 KYC（Know Your Customer）实名验证机制，重点针对公司董事与相关高管人员。自 2024 年末起，英国公司注册局（Companies House）启动了新一轮改革，要求新注册公司提交董事身份证明材料，同时计划在 2025 年全面实施对现有公司董事的逐步实名审核制度。换句话说，所有在英注册公司的董事身份信息将接受核实，并必须提交政府认可的身份证明文件（如护照、驾照等）进行认证。
